During the COVID pandemic the one thing we have exclusively been monitoring is how it impacts breweries throughout the state. We have even been pushing information on how you can get involved to keep your favorite business safe. The one thing we’ve noticed is the fact that the Pennsylvania craft beer industry hasn’t lost any business exclusively as a result of the pandemic.

Unfortunately that no longer is true as Spigot Brewing recently released news that they will be closing as a result of COVID. You can see the original post from Instagram below:

Located on 4th Avenue in Ford City Spigot Brewing was built in one of the historic buildings that are commonly found in town. The brewery originally opened in April of 2018.

As you can see from their post above the brewery will be selling the remaining beer they have in tanks through growler sales. We encourage readers to stop pay and grab your last few drops of liquid from Spigot before it is gone.
