Roy Pitz Teams With Giant Food Stores On Collab Releasing Statewide May 1st

Normal beer operations may be limited these days, but that does not mean beer production is. This is why we are pleased to share that Roy Pitz has teamed with Giant Food Stores on a special beer collaboration releasing statewide on Friday, May 1st.

Hazy Little Giant” offers a cloudy orange appearance from huge amounts of Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops imparted in dry hopping. Soaking the beer on these dank hops gives the ale aromas of tropical fruit, strawberries, and grapefruit while still having a nice clean backbone from a single, traditional European malt. The abv on this brew is designed to be drinkable and flavorful. The abv on this beer is designed to be drinkable and flavorful. 5.5% ABV / 33 IBU

The beer will be released at 103 Giant stores statewide starting Friday, May 1st. “The Giant Company is excited to launch our first collaboration beer with Roy Pitz.  This has been in the works for a while and we’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with a Local Brewery to bring this new and unique beer to our customers” said Chad Kyllonen, Category Manager for Beer & Wine at Giant.

You can find a full list of stores by visiting this map. Beers will go for$10.99 a four-pack. Giant will donate $1 for each purchase to the Chambersburg Salvation Army.
