New Trail Brewing Co is excited to announce a new collaboration series which will involve four different PA breweries each month to provide a 12 pack of four different 12oz beers. The variety pack, titled “The Expedition Pack”, will be available inside of New Trail’s wholesale footprint covering the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The first Expedition Pack will feature Dancing Gnome of Pittsburgh, East Branch Brewing of Downingtown, Human Robot of Philadelphia, & Pizza Boy Brewing of Enola. New Trail will also be creating and brewing four unique beers to be packaged and released in late January.

“We are very excited about the breweries we are working with on the Expedition Pack. Our goal has been to highlight strong suits for each of the participating breweries and collaborating on each of these beers. Each beer in the pack is either a combination of two of our more commonly used recipes or a combination of processes.” -​Mike LaRosa Director of Brewing Operations

The beers involved in the first pack will include;

• “Terra Firma” a Hazy Double IPA with Dancing Gnome
• “Confluence” an American IPA with East Branch
• “Horizon” a Dry Hopped Pilsner with Human Robot
• “Morning Necessities” an Imperial Stout with coffee & vanilla with Pizza Boy​.

“While 2020 wasn’t the year we had all hoped for, we were reminded of the many Expeditions we missed. We thought it might be fun to ask some of our friends from other breweries to join us in this adventure to highlight our great state’s craft beer scene by providing our fans with an approachable variety pack. It is our goal to continue this Expedition program over the course of the year to explore and learn together. I can’t wait to show you all what we have in store for the coming months” said LaRosa.

New Trail is anticipating releasing a new Expedition each month in 2021. Upcoming breweries include Imprint, Love City, 2SP, Levante, Grist House, Sterling Pig, & Voodoo.
