Back in November of 2019, we announced that Union Brothers Brewing was raising money to complete the buildout of their brewery. From changing locations to a pandemic hitting, they have kept their buildout on track!
We are pleased to announce the opening of Union Brothers Brewing on Wednesday, June 17th, 2020. Due to current guidelines, they will have 36 seats inside and 20 seats outside on their full-service patio. The brewery also has a grass patio for beer only, with service from the bar. Union Brothers will also have a full food menu available, with options ranging from salads to burgers and grilled cheese.
The space will be open 5 days a week to start, operating with the hours below:
• Wednesday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
The taproom is located at 365 Mercer Rd Harmony, PA 16037, at a former ice cream shop and diner, located in Harmony, PA, a part of Butler County.
For local beer lovers, Union Brothers Brewing has been known for their sours, IPAs, and stouts at many beer events in the Pittsburgh market. Look for them to build on these styles and more upon opening.
