Join us in congratulating Retriever Brewing Company (“RBC”) who will be officially opening to the public for the first time on July 30th, 2021 at 12pm. The Orefield-based brewery (Lehigh Valley) will be located at 2844 Township Line Road in Orefield, PA.
As we first reported back in April, the property will be known as The Retriever Brewing Compound and will span a 5.5-acre property. Within the Compound, RBC will be operating an 8,000 s/f building currently used as the main wedding venue that will be the Beer Hall, a 2,000 s/f pub building that will be the Pub and Pool Deck, and a 5,000 s/f garage which will house RBC’s brewing operations and storage.
The RBC Beer Hall will have a seating capacity for nearly 200 people inside and another 50 seats on outside patios. Additionally, the RBC Beer Garden will consist of picnic tables and Adirondack Chairs with fire pits for even more outside seating capacity. It will operate on a bar-service model, where customers will go to the bar to order their drinks and either return to their seat for a server to bring the drink to their table or receive their drink from the bar.

Initially, RBC will utilize food trucks when they can be scheduled, customers can order food for delivery, or customers can bring their own food! RBC will offer a full bar of Pennsylvania-made wine and spirits, including the increasingly popular canned cocktails being made by Pennsylvania distilleries. Customers will be able to bring their (well-behaved) dogs into the outside areas according to state law.
