Grand Opening: Hop Daddy’s Brewing November 15th (Allentown)

Craft beer in Lehigh Valley grows as Hop Daddy’s Brewing opens Friday, November 15th. The brewery will officially open at 732 Hamilton Street.

The brewery is opening a 5 barrel brewpub that will feature a full and robust menu with a 12 tap draft system. Brewing operations are lead by head brewer Jamison Burke who comes from the commercial brewing world.

Beer won’t be the only handcrafted item on the menu. As the brewery explains, they will also offer handmade artisan pizza as well.

Like many other breweries throughout the state, Hop Daddy’s will also offer a menu of wines, cocktails and meads for customers to enjoy. Between the artisan food, hand crafted beer and these other drinks there is sure to be something for everyone.

The brewery will operate both an indoor and outdoor seating area.
