According to an email sent to us, it appears the entire Pocono Brewery brand is up for sale. Legend Properties, Inc (a commercial real estate brokerage firm in Conshohocken) has a listing available which includes the Pocono Brewery in Swiftwater, the Pocono Winery in Brodheadsville and the brewery’s taproom in the Lehigh Valley.
By the looks of this, it appears as if the owners are looking to sell the brand, with the intention of keeping it open. (Although we have not confirmed this with the brewing company). A Facebook post as of September 20th advertises hiring they are doing for their Swiftwater location, which would indicate no motivation to close the brand.

As of this writing, the only public information about the sale is on the real estate firm’s website, which lists the sale type as “Investment” and shares the following details around the sale:

Pocono Brewery TapRoom: The TapRoom is a high volume restaurant located in the Lehigh Valley Mall, Allentown, PA. It also has a wood fired oven for pizzas. The Mall includes anchor tenants: Macy’s, Boscov’s and JCPenny. Long term lease available”
