According to this post on ProBrewer Enix Brewing (Homestead, PA) is currently listed for sale. The sale is for the entire property including all equipment and the bowling alley above the brewery.
“EVERYTHING included in sale, including property, full liquor license, all tables, chairs, restaurant equipment, & brewing equipment. Why spend TONS of money and time building out a new brewery/restaurant when everything is here for you already?” the listing states.
Opened in August 2018, Enix operated a 15 barrel Bavarian Brew House supporting a 12 tap draft system. The brewery also operated a full kitchen with international flair.
The listing goes on to say the brewery is being sold so the owner can explore other opportunities.
