Wyndridge Farm Farmhouse IPA Release Party: Jan. 23rd

On Tuesday, January 23rd join Wyndridge Farm for their release of a new limited edition Barnwood Reserve beer; their Farmhouse India Pale Ale. This IPA was fermented with a Belgian yeast strain and then barrel aged with wild yeast for over a year in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. The beer has bright notes of citrus layered with funky complexity. 22 FL OZ. Alc. 7% by Vol.

The release will take place from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at their Dallastown, PA location on the 23rd.

Here are notes from the Head Brewer Pete Koelsch:

“I dry hopped the beer with a fresh dose of hops. By dry hopping just before bottling the beer will have a fresher hop character that compliments the aged complexity of the beer. I used Mosaic, Denali and Falconers flight hops in that hop addition. The barrels were sourced from a California winery. They are American white oak barrels which help Cabernet for 5 years before we acquired them.”
