Wild West from Stable 12 Brewing Co is a 7.8% ABV 106 IBU west coast style IPA. 

Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Chinook, and brewed with Pale and Vienna malts, you’ll notice how true to this west coast style is. 

There’s a strong aroma of citrus the moment the can is cracked, with floral and piny elements also making an appearence. 

Extremely hop forward this is the beer hop heads look for, powerful, bitter citrus notes are present throughout drinking. There is a bitter of a tap however, as this brew finishes with a crisp, clean bite that doesn’t leave much bitterness lingering on the tongue. 

IPA fans will not be disappointed by Stable 12’s sincere effort and execution of a dank, hoppy, west coast IPA go tell all their friends about. 

This beer is available on tap, and is also one of two beers recently canned as part of the brewery’s first canning run.
