Wild West from Stable 12 Brewing Co is a 7.8% ABV 106 IBU west coast style IPA.  Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Chinook, and brewed with Pale and Vienna malts, you’ll notice how true to this west coast style is.  There’s a strong aroma of citrus the moment the can is cracked, with floral and piny elements also making an appearence.  Extremely hop forward this is the beer hop heads look for, powerful, bitter citrus notes are present throughout drinking.
