Sexy Goodies is an 8.5% ABV NE style IPA recently released from Free Will Brewing Company (Perkasie, PA). This beer is hopped with all lupulin powder: calypso, apollo, citra, and mosaic.
Pouring to a clear golden color, you’ll get a smell white head with minimal lacing. Aromas of bready malt and passionfruit are very apparent on the nose, with just a hint of lime. Tasting Sexy Goodies brings that passionfruit taste but also some more tropical fruits, like pineapple and guava.
With a small backbone of those bready malts you’ll notice a medium body with soft carbonation. It’s hard to believe this beer is 8.5%, the alcohol and hoppiness are really hidden well.
