Punkless Dunkel is an 8.8% pumpkin wheat ale from Neshaminy Creek. 

As one of the most popular seasonal beers Neshaminy offers, it has gone through some name changes (Pumpkin Dunkel, Punkel Dunkel, etc). 

This is brewed with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, and packs a decent punch at 8.8% ABV. 

Pouring to a brown/caramel color, you’ll get a thick white head. Tasting you get basically a pumpkin pie in a beer. All the spices are apparent, as well as cinnamon and brown sugar. This is a very smooth and sweet beer and not too strong on the pumpkin. 

Grab this if you can it’s definitely a different take on a pumpkin beer, which is quite refreshing!
