The Philadelphia Grain and Malt Symposium will be held on March 2nd-3rd, 2018 at the McNeil Science and Technology Center at the University of the Sciences.
The 2nd annual event is sponsored by:

The day will be full of speakers, seminars, industry panel discussions, and a food & drink showcase featuring local grain and malt.
