Movin’ to the Country is a “Peaches and Cream” 8% ABV/45 IBU DIPA from Stable 12 Brewing Company (Phoenixville, PA). Brewed with puréed peaches from Big Hill Ciderworks, Citra and Mosaic hops were added, along with vanilla and lactose.
Pouring to a cloudy orange color, you’ll notice a decent sized head in your glass. Aromas of those fresh puréed peaches are noticeable, with a slight hint of vanilla.
Flavors of bright citrus fruits hit your mouth from those floral hops. The peach flavors are juicy and add to the creamy mouthfeel of the vanilla and lactose. Overall, a very smooth brew without a bite you would expect from an 8% DIPA.
