More Structure is a 7% ABV New England style IPA released by Free Will Brewing (Perkasie, PA). This was the first ever can release from Free Will and was brewed with Eukanot, Chinook, and Simcoe hops. 

Pouring to a hazy dark yellow color with a small head that dissipates quickly. You’ll notice slight lacing in your glass as well. Aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple is strong here) and some lemon citrus. 

Tastes of juicy tangerine, honeydew, melon, lemon, pineapple, some piney resin, and a little spice flavor. Medium bodied, this brew has low carbonation, and ends just a little bitter and dry. A little different take on the NE Style, but it definitely works. 

We really enjoyed More Structure, and can’t wait to see what Free Will comes up with next!
