I Choo Choo Choose You is a 6.5% ABV multi-grain candy heart and hibiscus NE style IPA from Evil Genius Brewing Company. This beer is brewed with barley, wheat, rye, oats, and spelt in the mash. Hibiscus and 100 pounds of candy hearts were added in the boil. It was then dry hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe.

Pouring to a cloudy red color, you really notice the aromas of sugary candy hearts. ICCCY is easy to drink and smooth with a slightly bitter hibiscus aftertaste. These were two crazy ingredients, but they work together.
