Fire On The Hill is an American IPA with 7.5% ABV from Grist House Craft Brewery located in Pittsburgh, PA. Generally available on tap at their brewery and around town it is also available for growler fills, but this can however was a part of a limited release in 16 oz. offering.

This brew pours out to a somewhat cloudy dark orange, producing a thin white head that leaves almost no lacing and is a very clean pour. Fresh out of the can and especially once its been poured there’s a strong floral aroma with notes of lighter fruit like tangerine, orange and passion fruit.

There are a lot of things going on with this ale, first sips offer some traditional bitter IPA notes alongside floral and fruity aspects.
