Dallas Sucks is a 4.5% ABV/30 IBU pale ale from Weyerbacher Brewing Company (Easton, PA). This beer was brewed in collaboration with Jose Pistolas, a Mexican themed bar in Philadelphia. Brewed with simcoe, centennial, and cascade, this beer was brewed for all the fans.
Pouring to a clear golden color, you’ll notice a huge fluffy white head in your glass with lots of lacing. Aromas of citrus and floral hops are immediately noticeable, with some pine and grains as well.
Tasting DS brings flavors of those tropical citrus hops, but it’s not overpowering. A light body and moderate carbonation lead way to a ton of flavor on this one. With just a little hop bite in the backend, this brew is definitely sessionable while tailgating or watching the game!
