Cosmic Nod is a 5% ABV 30 IBU “Interstellar” pale ale from South County Brewing Company, from Fawn Grove PA.
Dry hopped with galaxy, this beer pours a cloudy/hazy yellow with a decent amount of head. Smells of tropical fruits and orange peel are very apparent once poured. Tasting brings many flavors of grass, citrus hops, orange, peach, and apricot.
Overall, this beer is well balanced and not too bitter, it’s a very crushable and easy drinking pale ale. Limited in release, make sure you look out for the next release of this!
