Clement is a 8% ABV double IPA brewed by La Cabra Brewing Company (Berwyn, PA). This beer is brewed with with Galaxy and Citra hops, chinook powder, and lactose.

Pouring to a very murky orange color, you’ll get a bright white head with lots of lacing in your glass. Aromas of earthy and grassy hops are immediately noticeable.

Tasting Clement bringscreaminess from the lactose, reducing the amount of bitterness in this double. We noticed a lotof citrus notes throughout, with a nice clean grassy finish. Dangerously smooth for a double!
