Know Your Hops: Centennial

History Centennial was released by Washington State University in 1990, and is made up of Brewers Gold, Fuggle, East Kent Golding, and a few unknown hops. Containing a strong citrus aroma, these hops are used a lot for late additions and dry hopping, giving a clean bitterness to the beer.
