Belgian 60 is a Belgian Strong Ale with 8.8% ABV from Fetish Brewing Company located in Lancaster, PA. Considered an artisanal ale company Fetish has been brewing beer on a farm since 2013 through a CSA (community supported agriculture) group.

Belgian 60 pours to a hazy orange-yellow color with a thin white head that quickly dissolves while releasing a pleasant scent of spiced fruit. The cardamom infusion is immediately apparent when drinking as it is the primary forward flavor. Aged for 60 days in French oak cabernet barrels the ale finishes with a sweet mixture of fruit and warmth.

Moderately carbonated this brew is crisp on the tongue and paired with a fairly thin mouthfeel goes down very easy without much lingering sweetness. All of this combines into a terrific alternative to the more traditional fall pumpkin beers and Oktoberfests. Spicy, fruity and just warm enough Belgian 60 can be enjoyed chilled or closer to room temperature.
