All Seeing IPA is the first beer we have reviewed from Crystal Ball Brewing Company.
This beer is a 7.6% ABV hoppy but very smooth IPA. Coming in at 116 IBUs this beer is “giantly” hopped with Columbus, Citra, and Amarillo hops. The result is a bold flavor with a smooth finish.
Pouring to an amber gold color with a thick tan head, you’ll notice all the different malt and hop aromas immediately. Tasting brings out the citrus and floral notes from the hops, with a light malt backing, and dry finish.
